Don Bahneman, MS, CSCS
Don has been active in the sports medicine and fitness community since 1994. He earned degrees in athletic training and sports medicine from St. Cloud State University and completed his graduate work in human performance at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
During his career, Don has worked with amateur and professional athletes, directed and supervised private and corporate fitness facilities, and provided fitness education on a local, regional, and national scale. His real passion lies in building strong relationships with the people he works with and watching their hard work pay dividends.
Jay Dawes, MS, NSCA-CPT*D, ACSM-HFI, ACE-CPT, USAW-CC
Jay is the director of education for the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He also serves as an assistant strength coach in the NSCA’s Human Performance Center and is pursuing a PhD in health and human performance/exercise science at Oklahoma State University. Jay is a frequent presenter at the local, state, and national level on various topics related to health, performance, and personal training. He is certified by the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Personal Trainer, by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a Health Fitness Instructor, by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a Certified Personal Trainer, and USA Weightlifting as a Club Coach. Jay has co-authored several strength and conditioning books and manuals including 101 Drills and Games for Conditioning Athletes , Training the Tactical Athlete: Special Forces Assessment and Selection Training Manual , and Training the Tactical Athlete: Basic Combat Readiness Training Manual . He has created or been featured in seven instructional videos for the strength and conditioning professional, published numerous articles for various industry publications, including Strength and Conditioning Journal , NSCA Performance Training Journal , Training and Conditioning Magazine , NSCAS TSAC report, and the American College of Sports Medicine Certified Newsletter . Jay is also frequently utilized as an expert source by a variety of media publications and programs, including Consumer Reports , Shape , Women’s Health , MSNBC, USA Today , and Run Fast Promotions
Shannon Griffiths Fable
Shannon is the founder/CEO of Sunshine Fitness Resources and the American Council on Exercise (ACE) 2006 Group Fitness Instructor of the Year. She is an international presenter and master trainer for several well-known companies including Nautilus Health & Fitness Group, BOSU, and ACE. She consults on educational products and programming in addition to conducting continuing education workshops all over the world. Shannon holds both ACE Personal Training and Group Fitness certifications, as well as AFAA National Certifications.
Charlie Hoolihan, CSCS*D, NASM, CES
Charlie has been coaching and training since 1971 and conducting state, regional and national workshops since 2005.
His national presentations have been to the National Strength and Conditioning Association, IDEA Fitness Association, American Swim Coaches Association, USA Triathlon and Club Industry.
He is a consummate practitioner and researcher and has presented on topics such as weight management programming, joint alignment and muscle sequencing, inflammation mechanisms, trainer education and flexibility dynamics.
Larry Jusdanis
As the owner of Sports Specific Training Inc. in Canada, Larry is dedicated to the development of young athletes. He is committed to producing the best athlete possible through the development of strength, power, nutrition, agility, flexibility, motivation, and functional strength and speed.
During the past seven years, he has become a leading expert in the field of functional strength and speed. Larry has a bachelor of science in physical education and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a former Canadian Football League quarterback with Hamilton, Montreal, and Toronto.
Len Kravitz, Ph.D.
Len Kravitz, PhD, is the program coordinator of exercise science and a researcher at the University of New Mexico where he recently won the Outstanding Teacher of the Year award.
Len was honored with the 1999 Canadian Fitness Professional International Presenter of the Year award and the 2006 Canadian Fitness Professional Specialty Presenter of the Year award.
Additionally, Len was chosen as the American Council on Exercise (ACE) 2006 Fitness Educator of the Year.
Justin Price
Justin Price is a corrective exercise specialist based in San Diego, California. He was the 2006 IDEA Personal Trainer of the Year as well as the National Spokesperson for Personal Training. He is a professional speaker, author, and creator of the educational DVD series, The Fundamentals of Structural Assessment and Corrective Exercise . As a professional speaker and author, he has consulted for Newsweek , The New York Times , the Los Angeles Times , and the British Broadcasting Corporation. He also serves on the faculty of the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Justin has helped thousands of people around the world eliminate pain and improve their function through his remarkable assessment and corrective exercise techniques.
David Sandler, MS, CSCS*D
David is the co-owner/president of StrengthPro Nutrition and its parent company StrengthPro Inc. of Las Vegas and a former University of Miami assistant strength coach and head of baseball. David has been a consultant and advisor on strength and power for 17 years working with many diverse organizations and client groups. He has delivered more than 100 presentations worldwide and authored or co-authored four books and more than 75 articles in both peer-reviewed and lay publications. He is completing his doctoral degree at the University of Miami.
Brian Schiff, PT, CSCS
Brian is a licensed physical therapist, strength coach, personal trainer, author, and business owner. He graduated from Ohio State University in 1996 with a bachelor of science degree in allied health professions (physical therapy). He became a Certified Strength and Conditioning.
Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Brian has worked in outpatient sports medicine clinics over the past 11 years. He specializes in treating general orthopedics and sports medicine cases, specifically the shoulder, knee, and ankle. Over the years, Brian has lectured and given numerous presentations on topics including safe shoulder training, soccer specific training, ACL injury prevention, low back training, functional golf training, general athletic program design, baseball specific training, and sport specific training. He has been featured in the USA Weekender , Men’s Health Best Life Magazine , Better Homes and Gardens , Business First, and Central Ohio Health Magazine . Bill Sonnemaker, MS
Bill Sonnemaker MS, is an internationally sought after Exercise Physiologist, Personal Trainer and Educator. Bill's impressive credentials, first-class scientific education, and numerous national and international awards distinguish him as a cutting edge leader in the fitness industry. In 2007, Bill received both the IDEA International Personal Trainer of the Year and the NASM Pursuit of Excellence Awards. He is recognized worldwide by his peers in the fitness industry as a highly motivated and committed leader and advocate for the advancement of fitness professionals’ training and competence standards.
Bill holds a MS in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention. His superb ability to train and educate stems in part from his academic background in Molecular Biology, Molecular Genetics and Biochemistry, along with his prior professional experience as a CDC Research Scientist. He has obtained advanced specializations and certifications as a Performance Enhancement Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He earned these and additional certifications through PTA Global, the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Bill is an IDEA® Master Trainer and spokesperson. He is also an Examiner for the Medical Fitness Association (MFA) and both a media representative and "Fly Solo" Mentor for the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

B. Daryl Shute, MS, CSCS*D
Daryl has over 23 years of experience in the fitness industry where he has had the opportunity to work in many areas.
His background includes health club management, commercial fitness equipment sales, and working in the education departments of Resist-A-Ball, and now the Education Coordinator at Power Systems Inc.
He holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in exercise physiology, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with Distinction from the NSCA.
Michelle Able, ACE-GFI
Michelle has an extensive background in dance, gymnastics, and cheerleading. She was a member of the University of Tennessee’s varsity dance team while she earned her bachelor of science degree in psychology. She has been a member of several professional dance teams including the Arena Football League in Knoxville, the Thundercats, and the Riverhawks.
Michelle is Les Mills certified and has earned ACE group fitness certification as well. Her passion for healthy living and fitness is evident in her presentations at fitness conferences nationwide. Michelle is responsible for coordinating all aspects of Power Systems’ corporate fitness program, FitRU2.
